Today is about energy. Specifically, what gives us energy and what drains our energy. We will make two lists:
- Things that give us energy. This may be things like a walk, talking with a friend, going to a movie, or playing a game.
- Things that drain our energy. This may be things like a networking meeting if you are an introvert, writing a blog post, leading a meeting, etc.
Knowing what gives us energy and what drains our energy is essential to managing our energy level, leading to better productivity.
