Marketing is about Value

Great marketing always comes down to value. It starts with the values you have as an organization, i.e., Nike values effort and performance. It ends by communicating value, i.e., Nike products help you perform better.

From every marketing campaign to each piece of content, we must start with our values and work to communicate value to the customer. There is no room for selfishness or grandstanding. It’s not about the deal or even about our product or service. It’s about the value of the result to the customer.

It’s not about you. It’s not about me. It’s about the promise we make and the value we give our customers. Great marketing is about value.
