Most of my friends know that I have had a love/hate relationship with rising early in the morning forever. I will usually do well for a while and get up at 5am, and then laziness or lack of discipline (to go to bed early enough) will take over and I will not get up on time.
So, when I read this post, and stumbled across this app, I became interested. I haven’t downloaded it yet, but I’m thinking that being subject to public humiliation when I don’t get up on time might be motivating.
Has anyone tried this app, and if so, has it been effective for you?
