I’ve spent a lot of time over many years working on being more productive. I’ve used most of the popular apps, read books and articles, and obsessed more than a little. While I’ve found apps helpful in gathering information, they tend to fail in helping me know my real priorities or identifying what’s important now.
Over the years, I’ve discovered that planning my monthly, weekly, and daily priorities in a journal is the best way to know what’s important, keeping me focused and productive.
